Usage Policy

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), technical and organizational policies, means, and procedures have been implemented to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of users' personal data. These data will be processed in files duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, in accordance with current legislation.

In the event that the data provided by the User is necessary for the Alma Legacy team to respond to queries, provide information requested by the User, carry out any services and/or products contracted or subscribed to by the User, provide the User with access to certain functionalities of the Website, or carry out any of the Alma Legacy's specific activities mentioned herein, the Alma Legacy will inform the User of this obligation, indicating which data must be provided. By indicating, providing, or entering such data, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the LOPD (Spanish Data Protection Act), the User gives their unequivocal consent to the Alma Legacy to process the data provided for the aforementioned purposes and for the eventual sending of commercial communications from the Alma Legacy that may be of interest to the user.

The entity responsible for the database, as well as those involved in any phase of processing and/or the entities to whom it has been communicated - if applicable and with the corresponding authorization granted by the User - are obliged to observe professional secrecy and adopt the necessary levels of protection and technical and organizational measures within their scope to guarantee the security of personal data, avoiding, to the extent possible, unauthorized access, unlawful modification, theft and/or loss of data, in order to provide the appropriate level of security to the Alma Legacy files, in accordance with the nature and sensitivity of the data provided by the users of this Website. Likewise, the Alma Legacy undertakes to have implemented the corresponding security measures established in the Regulation of Measures (RD 1720/2007).

Users are granted the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition under the aforementioned Organic Law on Data Protection, and, if applicable, the right to revoke at any time the consent granted to receive commercial communications by sending an email to info@thealmalegacy.com
