GENERAL CONDITIONS
PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The prices in effect in our tariff at the time of confirmation and acceptance of the order will apply. AlmaLegacy reserves the right to modify the tariff prices at any time and for any reason without prior notice, exclusively maintaining the prices relative to previously placed and confirmed orders, provided that the merchandise is available in our warehouses.
Our prices do not include VAT, IGIC, or any other type of tax, and it is understood that these will be added or not, depending on the country. Once the customer has been informed of the invoice amount, they will have 5 business days to make the payment; if the customer does not make the payment within the indicated period, the company reserves the right to make the material available to other customers.
**ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS**
Orders should be placed through our website www.thealmalegacy.com, if possible, or in writing to the following email address: info@thealmalegacy.com.
If placing the order in writing is not possible, it can be done by phone at +34608119911.
The shipping dates indicated by the customer are not binding for AlmaLegacy, unless expressly accepted in writing by us. Some products may occasionally require more time. If there are special needs, this must be communicated in advance. Delivery times will be confirmed based on available stock. Shipments will be made through the channel that AlmaLegacy deems most convenient, unless otherwise indicated by the customer, who will bear any potential extra costs.
Any delivered merchandise that is defective or does not match the number of packages or the contents of the shipments must be indicated on the carrier's delivery note and communicated to Alma Legacy within the following 24 hours in order to process the corresponding claim.
Claims made beyond this period will not be considered, as the merchandise insurance only covers the first 24 hours.
The commitment of the transport companies does not bind AlmaLegacy in complying with a delivery date, as this is an external service to the company.
RETURNS
Returns of products whose original packaging is not in perfect condition and, therefore, are not perfectly packaged will not be accepted.
Once the product is received and after verifying that everything is in accordance with the above, we will refund the amount for the received items, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, within a period not exceeding 21 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make the aforementioned refund using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly requests otherwise; in any case, the customer shall not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
LEGAL BASIS
Alma Legacy considers the rights of consumers and adopts the following legislative basis for its warranty and return policy:

• Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, Consolidated Text of the Consumer and User Protection Law and other complementary laws, amended by Law 3/2014
• Law 22/2007 of July 11 on distance selling of financial services for consumers
• Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights
